Every purchase supports educational social programs in Canada.

  • 1. How much is shipping?
    Each entrepreneur sets their own shipping costs. You’ll see the final price at checkout.
  • 2. Can I return a product?
    Absolutely! Contact the seller directly within 40 days of delivery. They handle all returns.
  • 3. How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking number via email. For delays, message the seller through your order confirmation.
  • 4. Is it safe to pay here?
    100% secure. We use Stripe (like Apple Pay), which encrypts your data. We never see your card details.
  • 5. How much of my purchase is donated?
    Entrepreneurs donate a portion of each sale. You empower them to give back simply by shopping.
  • 7. My item arrived damaged. What now?
    Take a photo and email it to the seller. They’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • 8. The seller isn’t responding. Help!
    Email us at support@engagementfound.org, and we’ll step in.
